More to follow, but after just over 100 days in charge, Steve McClaren left Nottingham Forest yesterday following a meeting with the Forest board immediately after a 3-1 home defeat by Birmingham City.
On Monday morning it was also confirmed that Keith Millen had left Bristol City.
